I’ve requested consideration for the “MAJOR” items that were found in the survey, requesting that the seller split the difference 50/50, and have revised the acceptance offer accordingly . All the acceptances stuff has a deadline of tomorrow, so hopefully we hear back soon, the ball’s in their court.
To get her ready for open blue water, there’s LOTS to be done. If the deal goes through, I’ll start a page that has a checklist of things to be taken care of. (only about 10 pages long!) Many of the problems aren’t a surprise, and our original had taken some of that into account… But there’s a few big ticket items that we hadn’t planned on, so we’ll see if we can get them to pick those up.
I hate waiting.
